Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to oversee pool areas, announce safety rules, and maintain inventory of poolside equipment for guest use. The role requires hospitality experience, strong service orientation, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays from 9:30am to 6pm.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, chair/umbrella organization, reporting incidents, and assisting guests with information and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Move and stack beach lounge chairs & umbrellas.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris from the pool and possesses basic cleaning skills.
• Checks sports equipment to make sure it is in order for guest use.
• Reports broken sports equipment to the manager so replacement can be ordered.
• Team player, accessible to residents/guests.
• Follows Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and procedures.
