FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant to oversee the pool area, make safety announcements, and maintain equipment inventory for guest use. Previous hospitality experience helps in serving residents with information and services.

The role requires good customer service and communication skills, with a flexible schedule to include weekends. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and 401k opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two (2) or more years' experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Be service oriented and guest-focused.
• Picks up debris from the pool and maintains basic cleaning.
• Checks sports equipment for order and usability.
• Reports broken equipment to the manager for replacement.
• Work collaboratively as a team member.
• Remain accessible and approachable to residents/guests.
• Familiar with Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and follow procedures.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
