Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Palm Beach, FL 33480. Pay is $18/hr with a Thursday–Sunday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule. You will oversee the pool area, announce safety protocols, and ensure equipment is ready for guest use.

Experience in hospitality and strong customer service are required; bilingual abilities are a plus. The role involves teamwork, safety compliance, and basic cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming pool environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality coursework strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to management.
• Provide service oriented guest assistance.
• Maintain poolside cleanliness and inspect equipment.
• Check and report damaged equipment.
• Work well as a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
