Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Part-time, Seasonal Pool Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to our Members and their guests at the Pool Complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, outdoor setting and values friendly, personalized hospitality during peak season.

Hours are 20-25 per week, with daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Prior private club or high-volume hospitality experience is a plus, and the position offers future

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Previous bartending experience in a private country club, resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for personalized hospitality.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in Arizona weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to Members and guests at the Pool Complex.
• Maintain smooth bar operations and inventory during peak times.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety of guests.
