Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Server to join our upscale club. Breakfast service begins at 7am and lunch ends at 3pm; the season runs primarily from October through May to cover our club’s busiest period.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience in a high-end environment, strong wine knowledge, and a polished presence. Experience with proper wine service and the ability to build member relationships is required, with Thursday

• Minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private club.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with ability to discuss selections confidently.
• Experience with proper wine service including presenting, opening, and serving wine to upscale standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve in an upscale, luxury dining environment and deliver attentive, personalized service.
• Create a welcoming start to members’ day and build relationships with guests.
• Maintain elevated service standards and dining etiquette; accommodate specialty requests.
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability is required.

If you’re passionate about hospitality and creating warm, personalized experiences, we are looking for a Seasonal Breakfast Server to join our team! Breakfast beings at 7am and lunch ends at 3pm. We are seeking a polished, experienced server who enjoys creating a welcoming start to our members’ day and is comfortable providing attentive service in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building member relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering consistently exceptional service. Our season primarily runs from October through May, offering the opportunity to be part of our team during the Club’s busiest and most vibrant months.

What would make you a great pool server?

• Minimum of2 yearsof serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environmentrequired
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to confidently speak to selections and make recommendations to members and guests
• Demonstrated experience with proper wine service required, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards
• Polished, professional presence with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette
• Thursday and Saturday evening availability required
