Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join the Food & Beverage team. The role oversees banquet service, coordinate event setup and meal service, and leads the team to execute weddings, tournaments, and club events to the highest standard.

This is a full-time, seasonal position running from October to late May, requiring strong leadership, hospitality excellence, and collaboration with Catering and Culinary teams to deliver memorable experiences for Members and

• Current AZ Food Handler’s Card is required.
• Experience working with private parties, weddings, and banquet events is required.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Event season runs October–May, with listed event dates to arrange staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the banquet service team and execution of events.
• Coordinate event setup and meal service for banquets, weddings, and club events.
• Execute BEOs and lead pre-shift meetings with Catering and Culinary teams.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless event execution to the highest standard.

If you have a passion for private events, leading a team, and delivering exceptional hospitality, we are seeking an experienced Full-time, SeasonalBanquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. This role plays an important part in creating first-class experiences for our Members and guests by overseeing the execution of banquets, weddings, tournaments, Club events, and other special functions. Our Banquet Captain will help lead the banquet service team, coordinate event set-up and meal service, execute BEOs, lead pre-shift meetings, and work closely with our Catering and Culinary teams to ensure every event is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.This roll runs from October to late May.
