Description

We are hiring Midshift Lounge Bartenders! Shift: 11am-5pm | $12.50/hr

Summary:

To serve beverages and/or items on the menu to guests in a professional, competent, and prompt manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick up bank and guest checks from prescribed area.
2. Set up bar.
3. Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
4. Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
5. Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
6. Work professionally with all guests and fellow associates.
7. Follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures. No cash tabs.
8. Red Line all drink orders from servers, checking all tickets for items that did not ring up correctly.
9. Prepare beverage requisition for liquor.
10. Create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective, and professional working atmosphere at all times.
11. Perform duties in the prescribed safe manner using established procedures and proper equipment.
12. Follow set procedures regarding the use of promotional and birthday drinks.
13. Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
14. Comply with procedures in the beverage manual regarding serving alcohol and identifying minors.
15. Check and replace glassware as needed.
16. Stock and replenish ice at all stations.
17. Clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
18. Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
19. Manage inventory of soda and juices, ensuring proper rotation.
20. Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
