Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, perform pool/spa water testing, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations while keeping the store organized.

You should have a high school diploma, strong customer service, and retail or pool industry experience, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Retail or pool industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and provides attentive, solutions-focused service.
• Performs pool/spa water testing and explains results with recommended products.
• Answers phone calls and directs questions to appropriate team members.
• Prepares and restocks pool additives and related supplies.
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and customer-ready; maintains displays and counters.
• Notifies management of shortages to support in-stock levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
