Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant for a temporary spell at Mauna Lani on the Island of Hawaii. You will assist guests at the pool and beach, provide towels, amenities and seating, and showcase knowledge of food and beverage items while maintaining luxury service in a fast-paced setting.

The position runs from December 23, 2026 through January 6, 2027 with a base salary of $22.86 per hour.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience as announced; high school degree preferred.
• American Red Cross First Aid, AED and CPR certification required (or equivalent).
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide towels, amenities, seating for pool and beach guests and answer questions about the menu; maintain luxury guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This is a temporary position from December 23, 2026 through January 6, 2027 during the festive season.

The base salary for this position is $22.86 hourly.

Our Pool & Beach Attendant will be responsible for creating local, authentic and memorable experiences for every guest at the pool and beach and during other various activities. The Pool and Beach Attendant will graciously provide towels, amenities, seating options and have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items to the guests. The Pool & Beach Attendant’s comprehensive scope of work creates a sense of ownership for the associate and a personal connection for the guests enjoying the pool and beach area. The successful candidate will be able to handle a face paced and high volume work environment while maintaining luxury guest service.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High school degree preferred.
• Prefer previous Pool & Beach and safety experience.
• American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED and CPR required(or equivalent).
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).
