Job summary

A leading resort in Rancho Mirage is seeking a Pool Attendant to ensure guests have a fun and safe experience. Job Description

Pool Attendants ensure guests have a fun and safe experience at the resort. They work outdoors, overseeing the pool area, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with guest requests. They also help enforce pool rules and work alongside Lifeguards and Kids Camp Attendants to monitor safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area daily.
• Supervise waterslides, cabanas, and towel stations.
• Enforce safety rules.
• Assist with daily activities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (training provided).
• Work comfortably in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable around pools.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17/hour. Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
