Job Description

As a Pool Attendant, you are responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. You will also handle the daily cleaning and upkeep of the spa and pool facilities.

The Pool Attendant

• Provides exceptional guest service, positively interacts with guests and team members, and handles difficult situations with resilience.
• Oversees activities in the swimming pool areas and maintains order.
• Inspects pool operations for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Participates in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff, leading and directing their work.
• Monitors and inspects laundry and trash removal from rooms.
• Ensures cleaning standards and proper use of equipment and chemicals are met.
• Reports facility issues related to structure, equipment, or plumbing to management.
• Inspects dressing and shower rooms to ensure they are stocked and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's and gaming licenses as required by jurisdiction.
