Job Description

As a Pool Attendant, you are responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. You will handle the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the spa and pool facilities.

The Pool Attendant

• Provides excellent guest service, positively interacting with guests and team members, and handling difficult situations with resilience.
• Oversees activities in the swimming pool areas and maintains order.
• Inspects and monitors pool safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Assists in hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff, leading and directing team efforts.
• Monitors and ensures proper removal of laundry and trash from rooms.
• Inspects cleaning work according to standards, ensuring proper use of equipment and chemicals, and adherence to guest service standards.
• Reports facility issues to management.
• Ensures dressing and shower rooms are well-stocked and maintained according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of swimming pool practices and procedures.
• Experience with various pool concepts, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong judgment and goal-oriented planning skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s and gaming license as required.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
