Job description

The beautiful, family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Pool Housekeeping Attendant to join their team! This 1,000-room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and features an expansive Float Lagoon pool with a Kid's Splash Pad. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, has previous janitorial experience, is capable of pressure washing, and has at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Full availability 11AM-7:30PM / 3:30PM-12AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs, such as providing towels, relocating chairs/umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment
• Clean the pool area, including furniture, tiles, decks, and bathrooms
• Replenish and monitor pool towels and inventory
• Maintain equipment such as umbrellas, speakers, rafts, and pool toys
• Monitor the facility for hazards and address/report as needed
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and service issues
• Perform general cleaning duties as required
