The beautiful, family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their team!

Ideal candidates will have previous hotel front desk experience at a property of comparable size, a passion for customer care, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences!

Shift Pattern: Full availability, primarily PM shifts 3PM-11PM/4PM-12AM

Pay Rate: $19.19 plus upsell incentives

What will I be doing?

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and guiding guests to their rooms or assisting with bell services.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various payment methods, converting foreign currency, making change, and processing gift certificates and cards.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area details, and answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
