Qualifications

• Able to quickly resolve guest issues following brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep pool area clean and towels stocked.
• Monitor pool area, enforce safety regulations, and assist in emergencies.
• Serve food and beverages to pool guests.
• Bus tables after meals.
• Set up party tables and games for guest use.
• Report defects or maintenance issues to engineering.
• Provide warm, enthusiastic service and respond to guest requests.
