Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
• Background in hospitality or resort operations is a plus.
• Lifeguard experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Familiarity with event management and public speaking will enhance effectiveness.
• Experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests effectively.
• Cash handling experience is important for managing transactions at the poolside.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist in organizing and managing poolside events and activities for guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for any food or beverage services offered at the pool.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounges, umbrellas, and surrounding spaces.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations while managing any conflicts that may arise among guests.
