Job Title: Pool Attendant - Galveston Island Hilton

Join us at San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center as a Pool Attendant.

Overview

The Pool Activities Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, ensuring safety and security for all guests, especially around the pool slide.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the pool area to remove newspapers, trays, empty ash urns, trash, linens, and note areas needing immediate cleaning.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure safety for guests, staff, and oneself.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Flexibility to work long hours when required.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds consistently to move objects.
