Job summary

Hotel Valley Ho, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a guest-focused poolside service team member to assist pool servers and bartenders in delivering courteous, professional service to guests. You will work within the pool area, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with drink service and setup.

The role requires excellent physical condition, strong guest-service orientation, and teamwork. Leverage LP culture and opportunities for growth within Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent physical condition to lift moderate weights and stay on feet for long periods.
• Sincere desire to provide the utmost in guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with standard service etiquette and apply it throughout the pool experience.
• Follow liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol.
• Know hotel dining room hours and assist in service flow.
• Obtain service ware from kitchen and stock towels and supplies.
• Provide prompt, friendly towel, misting and water service to guests.
• Assist in drink preparation and garnishing per recipes.
• Arrange umbrellas and lounge chairs as requested.
• Keep pool areas clean and orderly; reset tables and lounges after use.
