Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role is preferred.
• Candidates should have an engaging and energetic personality.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members are essential.
• Must be able to lift and carry loads of at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain an active presence around the pool area and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are available and clean.
• Assist guests in identifying pool areas and seating.
• Set up and break down pool spaces for daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful manner.
