Job summary

Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking a full-time Pool Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, pools, and fountains, and assist in towel and beverage areas. You will greet members and guests with a polite greeting and keep aquatic areas tidy daily.

Responsibilities include skimming and vacuuming pools, removing debris, testing chemicals, restocking towels, and assisting with group fitness water classes.

• Maintain all Aquatic areas in a timely manner.
• Must maintain a positive attitude.
• Skim and vacuum pools and clean pool grates daily.
• Skim and remove any debris in both fountains on pool deck.
• Remove any litter and fallen tree debris from pool deck on a daily basis.
• Pressure Clean Pool deck as needed.
• Clean pool deck and furniture as needed.
• Maintain tidiness in the pool restrooms, towel stations, beverage areas and pool mechanical areas.
• Put our Group Fitness Equipment water aerobics classes. Clean up after classes.
• Must be able to test chemicals on a routine basis for pool, kid's pool and whirlpool.
• Assist in collecting all towels from the collection points throughout the pool deck. Also, ensure that the facility has enough towels for the day.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Employee will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.

Position Summary

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor. This includes lifting items over 30lbs.


• Position requires extended time out of doors.
