Position Overview

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining pool stations and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness of pool areas, furniture, and service areas in an organized manner.
2. Replenish towels and retail amenities as needed during the shift.
3. Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of pool and lounge areas.
5. Support retail outlets as needed.
6. Assist guests with service requests to ensure overall satisfaction.
7. Provide friendly, attentive, and courteous service to guests, managers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel or related environment.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including long shifts.
4. Physical ability to exert significant force, including lifting over 100 pounds occasionally.
5. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong listening, understanding, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
10. Attend all required meetings and trainings.
