Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp in Florida is seeking a Pool Attendant to maintain a safe, clean aquatic area and provide information about recreation facilities. You will help guests enjoy our luxury amenities with friendly, professional service and assist with waterslides when needed.

The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends, endurance for outdoor conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in hospitality is preferred, and strong English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in all recreation areas including pool and assist with waterslides, if necessary.
• Assist guests with any issues or concerns; confirm that are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool areas.
• Keep equipment in proper working order; report any deficiencies.
• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members.
• Maintain towels stocked at appropriate levels.
• Assist guests with the set-up of chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
• Return all towels, chairs and umbrellas to their proper locations after guests have departed.
• Assist with activities in the Recreation area including kids activities and Special Events.
• Assist the Food and Beverage team to take orders and deliver food.
• Move, lift, pull, and push pool furniture, upon request.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.
