Job Overview

Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs, including providing towels, relocating chairs and umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clean the pool area, including furniture, tables, decks, tiles, walkways, elevators, and cabanas.
2. Replenish and monitor pool towels and inventory.
3. Maintain equipment such as umbrellas, speakers, rafts, and pool toys.
4. Monitor the facility for hazards and report any issues.
5. Respond to guest inquiries and service issues promptly and courteously.
6. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local area attractions.
7. Perform additional recreation duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Detail-oriented with high standards and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is not tip-eligible and does not include a discretionary performance bonus.
