Job summary

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a full-time Pool Attendant to deliver exceptional service in a pool environment. You will greet members and guests, keep the pool area clean, and support daily operations with a hospitality-focused mindset.

The role requires reliable, friendly communication, a CPR certification within 90 days, and the ability to work outdoors in warm weather. Training will be provided as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.
• Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.
