Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Chemix Operator in the Los Angeles area to safely manufacture polyurethane products by weighing, mixing, processing, and curing. You will manage raw materials, operate production equipment, perform in-process inspections, and keep accurate production records while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to follow safety rules.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills essential for teamwork.
• Willingness to train and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, mix, process, cure, and handle raw materials and finished batches.
• Operate production equipment and perform quality checks on batches.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement and keep work area clean and organized.
• Unload cured polymer from ovens and prepare for storage.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials and conditions.
