Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Resin Operator to safely operate and monitor resin processing equipment on 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm). You will maintain production records, perform cleaning and inspections, and support plant operations while following safety and quality procedures.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and basic math, computer literacy, and teamwork skills. Prior plastics/manufacturing experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math, computer skills, and the ability to read/write procedures are essential.
• Experience in plastics/manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control resin processing equipment.
