Creative Foam Corp is seeking an Operator to oversee the polyurethane (PU) molding line. You will start up machines on schedule, inspect tooling, and prepare equipment for production.

You will monitor process parameters, document data in Plex and on the line board, label parts to quality standards, and assist with basic machine maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement and a safe workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Start up the machines in a timely manner.
• Inspect and verify the working condition of the PU machine and its tooling for ISO, Poly, hydraulic, water and air leaks.
• Prepare and maintain the tooling for production; verify tools are cleaned and ready to shoot; wax preparation.
• Maintain correct machine parameter set points throughout the production shift.
• Ensure all necessary data is correctly entered into Plex and the line white board is updated.
• Ensure inventories related to molding are correctly labeled and maintained.
• Ensure the PU machine produces foam meeting quality requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance on the PU machine (pressure adjustments, orifice cleaning).
• Ensure parts are labeled and maintained to quality requirements; escalate deficiencies; participate in continuous improvement; maintain 5S; follow policies.
