Job summary

Alexandria Industries in Wheaton, MN is seeking a Foam Molding Operator for 1st shift to produce molded foam parts that meet customer specs and quality standards. You will paint, trim, inspect, and finish products following established production processes, ensuring safe and efficient output.

The role requires reading templates, following work instructions, and supporting daily production needs. Full-time schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and growth

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize and respond to safety concerns.
• Basic math skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a production environment.
• Ability to learn processes through on-the-job training.
• Ability to frequently handle and carry items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds (40+ pounds requires a team lift or crane).
• Ability to work around dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and moving equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint and trim molded foam products to customer specifications.
• Follow templates and work instructions for paint patterns and material changeovers.
• Inspect parts and follow quality standards throughout the production process.
• Support daily production needs and help prioritize work within the department.
• Work closely with team members to maintain efficient production flow.
