Qualifications

• One year of polysomnographic experience.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist Certified (LRTC) per WV Board.
• CPSGT or RST certification within two years of hire.
• NBRC CPFT/RPFT/CRT/RRT certifications listed.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality polysomnograms.
• Uses proper testing montages to detect sleep architecture and events.
• Performs artifact-free polysomnograms.
• Pre-/post-testing equipment checks and documentation.
• Obtains consent for video/photography during polysomnogram.
• Completes pre- and post-sleep questionnaires.
• Documents patient sleep history for interpretation.
• Records events and interactions during sleep testing.
• Labels and stores medical data per Sleep Center policies.
