Location: Duke Raleigh Hospital, A Campus of Duke University Hospital
Shifts:
Three (3) 12-hour night shifts or any combination of shifts.
Provide clinical assessment, physiological monitoring, and testing to assist with diagnosis, management, and prevention of sleep-related disorders using various diagnostic and therapeutic tools, including polysomnography, scoring of clinical events, and device titrations, providing care to patients of all ages.
Level I: High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment in a related program.
Level 2 & 3: Associate’s Degree preferred; completion of a polysomnography program required or preferred.
Level 1: No experience or 6 months patient care experience.
Level 2: 18 months polysomnography experience preferred or proficiency in required competencies.
Level 3: 4 years polysomnography experience required.
Level 1: RPSGT or CRT/RRT license and BLS certification required.
Levels 2 & 3: RPSGT or CRT/RRT with sleep disorder certification and BLS required.
