Qualifications

• AAS in Polysomnography Technologist.
• NYS license as a Polysomnographic Technologist; BLS certified.
• Clinical health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs sleep studies to diagnose sleep disorders under physician direction.
• Collects and transmits specimens and conducts routine patient assessments.
• Scores sleep records and prepares reports; calibrates equipment.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Follows center procedures for data collection and quality assurance.
