Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Sleep Technician for night shifts to prepare patients and equipment for sleep studies, monitor patients during testing, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting. This role involves scoring sleep data, pediatric to geriatric patient care, and coordinating scheduling and office tasks.

Qualified applicants will have a polysomnography program of at least one year or equivalent experience, CPR certification, and CPSGT/RPSGT or ABMS/NBRC credentials.

Qualifications

• Completion of a polysomnography program of at least 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must hold CPSGT, RPSGT, or equivalent certification per ABSM/BRPT/NBRC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate testing equipment.
• Apply electrodes and sensors according to standards.
• Perform polysomnographic testing and scoring.
• Review patient history and prepare reports.
• Coordinate scheduling and clerical duties.
