Qualifications

• Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for adult, child, and infant.
• BRPT or SDS polysomnography certification is required.
• HS diploma or GED; associate degree in Polysomnography or equivalent preferred.
• ASTEP completion required; CPSGT/RPSGT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of cardio-respiratory, neurological, and sleep physiology.
• Minimum 18 months of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform day and overnight polysomnograms and sleep studies.
• Conduct MSLT/MWT testing and titrations as per protocol.
• Score data according to AASM guidelines and generate physician reports.
• Maintain equipment, QA processes, and documentation.
• Train and educate polysomnographic trainees and staff.
• Provide patient care and education across age groups.
