Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH seeks a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to deliver comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. You will conduct routine, non-routine and complex sleep studies, CPAP, Bi-level, split night and REM behavior studies, plus MSLT testing and oxygen titrations.

The role requires a high school diploma and about 12 months of polysomnography experience. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in Polysomnography.
• A-Step online modules completion or equivalent; certification pathways acceptable.
• Ability to perform routine, special and complex sleep studies including CPAP, Bi-level, REM sleep studies, MSLT, PSG and oxygen titrations.

Job Summary:

A s a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.

In this role, you will perform all interventions/procedures in a sleep study including routine, non-routine and complex recordings such as CPAP, Bi-level, split night studies, seizure studies, REM behavior studies, MSLT testing, routing PSG recordings and Oxygen titrations.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 12 months experience in Polysomnography
• RPSGT – Registered Polysomnographic Technologist , i f not Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, Registration may be obtained in one of the following ways within 6 months of hire:
• Completes the A-Step online modules
• Completes a CAAHCP accredited Sleep Training Program
• Completes an Electro Neuro Diagnostic Program
• Completes a Respiratory Therapy add-on Track for Sleep Technology Certification: BCLS at time of hire.
