Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Research Manager (Polymers) to lead R&D in a laboratory setting. You will guide lab teams, manage projects from planning to data analysis, and ensure safe, compliant work under GLP/GMP standards.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with laboratory instruments and LIMS. Familiarity with polymers and regulatory requirements is valued, as are knowledge of microbiology or clinical labs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory teams in a research setting.
• Strong management, project management, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of polymers.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CGMP, FDA regulations and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Additional experience in microbiology, molecular biology, histology, clinical lab work, or clinical trials is valuable.
• Microsoft Office skills are useful.

Responsabilités

• Manage research projects from planning through data collection and analysis, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure consistent use of laboratory procedures, techniques, and instruments.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including documentation and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Partner across functions to communicate findings, address project needs, and support research and development goals.
