Job description

Coordinate the research and development planning for polymer materials such as PP-R and PE for polyolefin pipes, take the lead in iterative new material formulations, functional modifications, and process breakthroughs, and be in charge of the project initiation, pilot production to mass production transformation.

Manage the R&D budget and team building, connect with production to address manufacturing technology challenges, and promote patent and technical standard construction.

Track the latest developments in the polymer industry, collaborate with the supply chain and the market for technical assessment, control material performance, cost, and quality risks, and support the technological upgrading and differentiation of pipeline products.
