Techmer PM is hiring a QC Lab Technician at its Batavia, IL facility. The role focuses on certifying manufactured products against P&P specs, performing color- and material QC, and maintaining documentation. First shift, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

You will use color spectrophotometers, test instruments, and standard QC processes to ensure color and quality consistency across batches. A HS diploma and 2+ years of lab experience are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of lab or compounding experience preferred.
• Must pass Hue Value/Chroma test and distinguish colors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform QC testing on manufactured products and raw materials.
• Operate lab equipment including color spectrophotometer and analytical instruments.
• Prepare COA and maintain QC files and standards.
• Adjust color on-line/off-line and communicate run decisions.
• Apply SPC/SQC methods and investigate nonconforming materials.
