Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC is seeking a QC Technician at our Rancho Dominguez, CA facility on a first shift (3:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday). The role focuses on certifying manufactured products against specs, performing color analysis, and ensuring adherence to quality procedures.

You will operate various lab and production equipment, conduct measurements with color spectrophotometers, and generate COAs. English communication is essential; Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of compounding or lab experience.
• Must pass Hue Value/Chroma Munsell test and distinguish color hues.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding, blown film, pellet melter, roll mills and fiber lines as applicable.
• Use color spectrophotometer and other analytical equipment for QC testing.
• Prepare COAs and ensure materials meet Product & Process specs.
• Investigate nonconforming materials and document actions taken.
• Maintain QC files and data for upcoming runs.
