Job summary

ACO, Inc. in Mentor, OH is seeking a Polymer Production Operator to safely control equipment and drive consistent product quality on the Production Line. You will perform mold preparation, curing rack handling, wax application, and routine inspections to ensure flawless output.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. OT is common; the position is designated as safety sensitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to operate and inspect production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean mold jackets and mold core, removing debris.
• Scrape flashing from product.
• Visually inspect for holes, cracks or irregularities and report to Team Leader.
• Place product in curing rack when acceptable; remove and palletize.
• Apply a thin wax coating to mold top surface when liquid.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
