Job summary

Mural is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer manufacturer to staff production facilities in Massillon, OH. We are hiring entry-level production workers to support packaging, labeling, and line operations while following strict safety and quality standards.

Positions require standing for full shifts and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Training will cover production processes, safety rules, and ISO/EHS guidelines, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Physically capable of standing and moving for a full shift; able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment with PPE and possible dust or chemicals.
• Basic computer or documentation literacy is a plus but not required.
• Available for 1st shift, Monday through Friday; transportation to Massillon, OH is required.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations including packaging, labeling, material staging, and line assistance.
• Help prepare work areas and move materials in support of the production team.
• Learn production processes, safety standards, and quality expectations through on-the-job training.
• Wear required PPE throughout the shift including safety glasses, gloves, and any area-specific equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in your assigned work area.
• Follow all safety rules, work regulations, and applicable ISO/EHS guidelines.
• Complete basic documentation as required; participate in training and improvement processes.

Mural is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer manufacturer to staff their production facilities across multiple states. Our client produces polymer colorants, additive masterbatches, and specialty materials used in automotive parts, packaging, appliances, consumer products, and healthcare. Their plants run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they need reliable production workers who can show up consistently, follow safety procedures, and grow within the operation.

What you will be doing

• Support production operations including packaging, labeling, material staging, and line assistance

• Help prepare work areas and move materials in support of the production team

Pay and Schedule

Competitive hourly rate. 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Massillon, Ohio -- Stark County area near Canton.
