Job summary

ACO, Inc. is seeking a Polymer Production Operator for a full-time, manual labor role in Casa Grande, AZ. You will safely operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture polymer products on the line.

Key duties include cleaning mold jackets and cores, scraping flashing, inspecting quality, loading curing racks, and applying wax. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Understanding of production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean mold jackets and mold core, clearing away flashing, wax, and debris.
• Scrape flashing from product.
• Visually inspect for quality and report issues.
• Set product in curing rack or scrap if needed.
• Move pieces from curing rack to pallet or patch area.
• Apply a thin coat of hot wax to mold surface.
• Reassemble jackets and end caps of mold; ensure proper seating.
• Verify mold is closed with no gaps.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
