You will manage reactant addition, observe process variables, operate computer systems, and transfer product to storage. The role requires attention to details, ability to follow procedures, and teamwork on 12-hour rotating shifts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• General understanding of chemistry and chemical reactions.
• 1+ years of experience in chemical batch operations.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the polymer production process to ensure safe, quality output.
• Facilitate the chemical reaction process, including adding reactants and monitoring steps.
• Follow batch instructions and accurately add raw materials to batches.
• Monitor process displays and charts to ensure proper polymerization.
• Transfer finished product to storage tanks or drums and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Follow directions from the shift supervisor and maintain safe work practices.
