Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and report EH&S incidents, lead investigations and ensure 100% safety compliance.
• Mentor operators and maintenance personnel to deepen process understanding.
• Develop and maintain area performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead process optimization to maximize production, quality and yield.
• Lead root cause investigations and resolve polymerization/spinning issues.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and site leadership to solve problems.
