As the Polymer Production Control Manager, you will have ownership for the day-to-day operations of both the polymer production and essential material areas. You will lead safety, productivity and reliability improvements. This position demands a high degree of autonomy, making it ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable challenging the status quo. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for explaining complex concepts effectively. The role follows a day-based schedule but includes 24/7/365 responsibilities, with occasional night or weekend work required.
This position will offer the opportunity to greatly expand and strengthen engineering skills and other Operational support needs by working with Waynesboro’s Technical Team in identifying/analyzing process trends and creating/implementing targeted changes that will further improve and optimize current processes.
