Qualifications

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL, and Power BI.
• Interest in developing data mining and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for process optimization to maximize quality, production, and yield.
• Lead root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and site leadership to resolve polymerization or spinning process problems.
• Coordinate with Global R&D to scale up new products and processes.
• Develop scopes, plans, estimates, and specifications for capital projects.
• Mentor operators and maintenance staff on process operation and equipment.
