Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or R&D processing experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and operating industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-controlled equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, wear PPE, and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate polymer processing equipment and document results.
• Serve as technical owner of assigned equipment, ensuring reliable operation through troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.
• Collaborate with researchers, maintenance, vendors, and project teams to support business objectives.
• Assist researchers with polymer processing and manufacturability challenges.
