Job summary

Molded Dimensions Group in Port Washington, WI is seeking a full-time rubber molding operator on the 9 pm–5 am shift. You will run and monitor an injection molding press, inspect finished parts, and trim to spec while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

The role rewards reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Training is provided for motivated learners; weekly pay, benefits, and a 2 per hour shift premium are included, with opportunities for raises and a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive attitude and team-first approach.
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift.
• Experience with machine operation; injection molding experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding press to maintain output.
• Inspect and trim each part to spec and ensure quality.
• Support shift in meeting production targets and maintain clear communication within the cell.
