Carris Reels is hiring a Molding Support to monitor injection molding components, perform quality checks, and ensure safety on the line. The role requires a mechanical mindset, experience with hand tools and measuring devices, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (preferred).
• Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus).

• Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs safely and effectively.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills.
