Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Leader to advance iso‑cyanurate insulation board manufacturing across ISO facilities. You will develop cutting-edge machinery, optimize processes and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and quality.

With a strong background in chemical engineering and 12+ years of iso‑cyanurate machinery experience, you will coordinate capital projects, collaborate with suppliers, and train production teams to implement new technologies across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of directly related isocyanurate machinery experience.
• Experience with capital project execution, installation & commissioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues related to equipment and processes.
• Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain technical documentation and records of equipment, processes and improvements.
• Research and maintain a library of equipment technology and suppliers.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel.
• Visit equipment suppliers to support new equipment construction or to investigate new equipment technologies.
