Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Leader to advance polyiso insulation board manufacturing across ISO facilities. You will design and implement equipment and processes to boost product quality and efficiency while leading teams and collaborating with suppliers.

The role requires a 12+ year background in isocyanurate machinery, capital project execution, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites is expected, including during shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of direct isocyanurate machinery experience.
• Experience with capital project execution, installation and commissioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites.
• Visits may occur during plant shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues related to equipment and processes.
• Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain technical documentation and records of equipment, processes and improvements.
• Research and maintain a library of equipment technology and suppliers.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel.
• Participate on teams focused on quality and process improvement for the polyiso insulation board product lines.
• Visit equipment suppliers to support new equipment construction or to investigate new equipment technologies.
• Support value streams for each business function to ensure collaboration and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and lead by example.
